A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you are bathed in the sound waves produced by gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments.

Three Men in a Boat

50 years ago, three local lads (John Hall, Ted Lawson and George Ternent) sailed a small boat to the USA. In Barbados they founded the River Aln Boat Club. John Hall kept a brilliant diary of the trip
