The Hindmarsh Hall committee wanted to bring something fresh to village and entice residents and visitors to make good use of the Hindmarsh Hall. Pop-Up Restaurant nights became a firm favourite of everyone in the committee and more importantly from the latest village survey carried out in 2017.
Our first evening will have a set menu, designed and cooked by local chef Nick Towler, owner of Haversham's Catering. A family run company with over 15 years experience, sourcing meats, vegetables and cheeses locally.
